The Manhattan Plan’s projection also includes 800 units that are planned as part of a project that will also create a new facility for the Bloomingdale Library in Manhattan Valley on the Upper West Side.

This is the third location, which will be very exciting, with more projects to come. New York is getting the boom.

End of the year 2025 permit numbers will be interesting.
Way overdue. I do hope we also see some residual effects over on the NJ side. Finally, the city understands what developers and all of us followers and advocates have been saying… build more! Make it easier to build! Yes! 
And… don’t listen to the sunshine and geriatric crowd. More of that!
