This is a really cool building. LIC has some cool buildings that aren’t high rises. Not only this one, but also the Hunters Point Library and the Corte condominium (21-30 44th Drive) come to mind. A realtor told me the Corte had a lot of units scooped up by Chinese investors before Amazon changed their minds (take that with a grain of salt, I don’t work in the industry)… But anyway, this building is a great addition.
