Digging further into the file for this parcel, the existing property has had a ton of violations in the past. Looks like all dismissed.

Guess the DOB is happy this stuff is being Demo’d for something better.

Was stuff also filed for the other parcels that comprise the site?

Does this actually have a chance of getting built? I am starting to get excited, this design is stunning and the location is amazing
