supertall site?
good. that whole block (walk by it often) has been a mess for the last year with various campouts and random fires (in the mid-block building/old club). In recent weeks, the middle parking lot has been cleared out and rat poison signs posted. would make sense to see this combined with the Intrepid parking lot RFP from the state on the other end of the block, but that is probably years off with the pace they go.
and the trio of buildings across the avenue is finishing up so could see this going at least as tall as them (the tallest being 20 stories — can’t find the thread on them)
