This looks gorgeous. Yimby did not mention the waterfall. I assume that it’s still part of the plan. TKDV noticed wet stones which indicate testing.

The IBM building should demolish their enclosed plaza and make an open-air one like 550 Madison did.

Took these photos JUST for @robertwalpole, the photos dont show it, but the wall fountain was on 
it’s a very quaint public space, though I’m sure its much more lively in the first half of the day.
