I should note 530-540 Sixth Avenue is the structural frame on the right in the first photo from Field Condition and in the background in the other two photos I posted. No portions of the facade have yet been installed.

Very nice! The two new buildings have greatly enhance this corner. Hopefully, the last remaining piece of garbage on this corner will come down soon.

I think Fxfowle could do a nice gut renovation + cornice restoration + addition on the corner building and the cast iron one while replacing the adjacent, dumpy 1 story building on 6th and the in between reddish junk building on 14th but that’s just me

I would love to see that. It (and the cast iron building) clearly were once beautiful buildings. Sadly, I can’t see any developer spending the money to renovate it.
