I wonder if they’re waiting for construction to wrap up at 270 Park before they begin here? Can’t imagine it would be easy to have two active construction sites next to each other here without significantly blocking Madison Ave.

Hopefully they’re trying to expand the site to include the two other buildings on Madison.

I wonder what’s going on here. I heard a few years ago that they were paying annual fines to the MTA because they were supposed to build a subway entrance in the new building. I’d think that would put pressure on to build it already, especially given the hot office market?
