This area is gorgeous, as is this building. It’s amazing to think that fifteen years ago, this area was a dump. Even five years ago when Prince Lumber was still there, it wasn’t nearly as nice. That one crappy meat market on Washington Street still needs to go though.
The redevelopment of the lumber site greatly improved the area.
