No, that’s just light gauge metal framing.
This is the actual structure, whatever has been added since is not structural. There is concrete, but the whole MTA entrance is not all concrete. There’s not really anything structural that particularly relates to the MTA entrance, everything above ground is apart of the tower, the MTA entrance is just nestled inside of it. like the 383 Madison MTA entrance.

Temp storefront is being installed now.
Once construction of the tower begins, this will most likely be hidden by construction sidewalk sheds when its being redone.

Some discussion on SSP over zoning diagrams- the building appears to be >900ft if I’m reading these correctly:

No, like all zoning documents, these are measured from AMSL, not street level.
I also want to point out that zoning documents are always a strange mish mash of amsl and steetlevel elevations, which makes them extremely difficult to read, both for those that understand them and the average person.

Isn’t this showing the top of the envelope at 1050’ from street level? The HT fields seem to be using HT: 0’0" at Madison Avenue as the frame of reference, which is 57’5" AMSL. Sorry if I’m misunderstanding this obviously not an expert here.
