those window borders are a crime against humanity
Beautiful design overall; but those window mullions do diminish the elegant look of that curvy facade. Those 5 wide mullions we now on see each window section are quite different from original rendering, which is showing only three large glass divisions, each divided by a fine/thin mullion.
This was probably a VE adjustment made at some point after the “design intent” drawings were submitted: my guess is the windows as shown in the rendering would be a bit to pricy for a rental property development.
All-in-all this one is looking quite nice.
