OAs the gentrification of the Herald Square area accelerates, the time to redevelop this piece of garbage next to the ESB has come. This stretch cosists of stunning, old office buildings, but for this eyesore. As set forth below, this one parcel has over 220,000 SF in air rights. There’s a little, junky building next door that would add more air rights.
I don’t think anything Is imminent, but this will be gone within five years.
