Do you have any idea when this will start?

This month, a few weeks, this is what my friend who is a guard at the WTC said: Well wtc 2 will be totally fenced in and the vesey walkway might become smaller again… since tower 2 construction will overpower pedestrian foot traffic… we still dont know specifics
