Not bad at all for affordable housing in the Bronx! More affordable projects should be designed like this.

Good thing too. The affordable plan is really kicking into high gear. Lately, last month, there been an uptick in developments like this. In the Bronx too!
300, 400, 500, 600 units, ect … it starts to add up.
these are exceptionally well done compared to most modern housing in the Bronx.
