this neighborhood is low-key developing a skyline. Several high rises are planned in the vicinity.

Jamaica and New Rochelle are two outliers which are really embracing new highrise development. This tower will be 254’ at 24 floors. Nothing to scoff at this far out from Manhattan. 522 new units for the neighborhood.
There’s also a 247’ tower planned at 147-20 94th Ave, in addition to the other towers planned along the airtrain.
