I love how the Kaufman nightmares are always bright colors during construction, then get even worse cladding right after, almost like they’re teasing everyone. “You think I’m ugly now? Hang on I’m gonna try something”

I like the rendering. There’s a little more design effort compared to most new hotels in the city.

This tower feels like its been u/c since the Nixon Administration. Sure is taking a while. If only it stayed in the foundation stage so that it may not stain the area.

Hotel Indigo is a good chain. Much better than some of these Kaufman-type sub-chain tourist hotels. The interior pics look fantastic on its website
