NEW YORK | 12-18 West 55th St | 290 FT | 22 FLOORS

This should be very nice.

I wonder what’s going on with No. 10, which is vacant. I think it’s part of a 54th St assemblage. It’s horrible and must come down.

Morris Adjmi Architects is perhaps my favorite firm doing work in the city, along with SHoP. They have contributed so many tasteful and timeless buildings around the city.

Great news from Yimby.

Adjmi always delivers.

It’s a shame that this vile, empty POS isn’t coming down.

I hope that this garbage on the street comes down too.

New Yorkers really are delusional to call “Money Launderers’ Row” “Billionaires’ Row.” Those who coined this absurd moniker clearly have never been to London or Paris, for example.

This building will be 290 ft. per permits. Looks to be residential. Thread title should probably be updated.

It seems that the developers acquired the PoS at 10 W 55th St.

This looks nice. Adjmi always designs nice facades too.

The developers also own this heinous pos on Madison. I hope that they redevelop this vile, malignant tumor.

This tower appears to be 290 ft. per building permits and NY Yimby article.

Should be three times as tall, but these mid-block sites often have tight zoning restrictions. Stupid NIMBYs.
