Relaitively small infill building, but worth documenting I think? Or is the cutoff 10 floors? 12 floors?

This is actually two buildings side by side, 74-76 Cottage St (taller one) and 78 Cottage St (5 story)
From a few weeks ago
And right down the street, there are another pair of 5 story buildings coming up, 60 Cottage and 56-58 Cottage
