If built this would be the tallest tower in West Side right? Maybe it’ll spur higher floor development down the line. If there are no protests on the current proposed height.
Yes. It’s by-right (fully allowed by zoning) in terms of height (but so is Westview, and that one is stuck in limbo on some legal technicalities). Unlike Westview, though, this one doesn’t need any easement agreement with NJTransit in order to enable the height.
