I think it’s either owned my Mack-Cali which owns Harborside, or it’s owned by whoever owns the white office building to its left. If it’s Mack-Cali, they’re working on 25 Columbus first, then URL 2 and Harborside 8 by the water this year. But yes, it’s prime real estate. I’m sure it’ll get developed sooner or later since everything around it is getting built up

I think that the gold siding in underneath the white and blue plastic? The vents for the HVAC units looks bronze.

@jc212203702 Welcome to the forums! And yes, I think that is the bronze. Looking at the renders, I think either the gold hasn’t been installed yet or as you suspect, it’s underneath there somewhere
