I think by the end of August its safe to move this to the U/C section. Images for certain projects can be hard to obtain at times. I think for some of these we need to assume foundation work occurred.
Construction is underway at Hyde Resort and Residences, a 41-story condo-hotel that is being developed by Jorge Perez’s Related Group and Stephen Ross’ Related Companies at 4111 South Ocean Drive.
The project includes 407 units. Unit owners will only be permitted to live in the units a maximum of 150 days per year. However, there are 40 units that don’t have the restriction on residence.
