The coordinates included in the FAA filing indicate this proposal aligns with the southern parcels on that block, whereas the 546-ft two-towered project design by ODP Architects aligns with the northern parcels according to the site plan. It’s unclear if it’s the same development or one of the other towers they’re planning.

Hopefully we get more clarity soon.

AIMCO’s representative reached out and confirmed this site is not a part of Broward Crossing. So will be creating a separate thread for the 596-ft structure.
