How much did condo prices fall peak to trough during the 2008 recession? Was it different for smaller condos (studios)? Do the pros expect 2022-23 to be different?
The 2008 recession was a complete real estate meltdown. There’s zero reason to think anything like that is happening anytime soon, as economic fundamentals are strong, and lending standards remained strict.

As I recall, smaller units did better in that crash. It’s been a while so
