Approval for the 400-meter skyscraper project in Moscow City

In Moscow, the new skyscraper project for one of the last remaining plots around the international business center Moscow City has been officially approved. The Moscow Architecture Council approved the 400-meter skyscraper project at Presnenskaya Naberejnaya (Coast Road), at the entrance to the Bagration Bridge.

There will be a restaurant on the top (80th) floor of the skyscraper, most of which will be made up of offices.

The project also includes shops, a dining area and a pool.

The highest skyscraper in Moscow City today is the 334 meter high “Vostok” DK “Federatsiya1.

The construction of One Tower, which is planned at a height of 443 meters, continues.

By the way, according to BFM, the main contractor of the project will be Hals-Development, which is under the control of VTB.

Although the name of the project has not been decided yet, the name “Palitra” stands out.

However, despite the 400-meter height, the project is in St. It is overshadowed by the Lakhta Center (462 meters) built by Renaissance Construction for Gazprom in St. Petersburg. The Lakhta-2 project, which is on the agenda, also aims to become the second tallest building in the world, after Burj Khalifa in Dubai, with a height of 703 meters.

This cathedral in downtown Barcelona has been under construction for nearly 141 years.

It’s supposed to complete in 2025-2026 if I remember. They have all the funding now so there shouldn’t be any hiccups

There’s also a massive cathedral under construction in Bucharest. Ground was broken in 2010; it’s due to be completed by 2025.

The landmark is due to be completed by 2025, but is already the world’s largest and tallest Eastern Orthodox Cathedral. When the final cross is added to the central cupola the building will stand 127 meters tall.

That one is nice too, but for being the “largest eastern orthodoxy Cathedral” it pales in comparison to this project and other large churches (hagia sofia etc)

Amazing! So nice to see we can still pull off this type of craftsmanship.

They want to put an office and hotel right on top of the historic Liverpool Street railway station in central London.

What an outrage! They should be ashamed of themselves.

Better than what they did to Penn Station, but not by much.
