@TK2000 even without the spire it’s shown as being 1400’ tall when compared to 432 Park Avenue and Princess Tower.
@Jaydayvis I agree with that sentiment too, but I don’t think we need something like this project offers, it’s more Dubai like than NYC like.
I made a correctly proportioned diagram based on my archive diagrams and models of the 4 towers that are being compared to this project. The diagram of this project is made based off of all the available diagrams, renders, the video, plans, everything and it comes out to being 520m (1705’). If it’s wrong, I’d say there’s a margin of error in the 10s of meters but not 80m to reach 600m.
