Sure would have been great if the George Lukas museum wasn’t canceled here.

Sounds like a pedestrian paradise and I am all in! Trams, monorails, and ariel gondolas are great, as is the converting Solidarity drive to pedestrian-only, but why in the world would they get rid of Burnham Harbor for parking? seems a little backward for such a great plan.

Bringing the population more on par with Los Angeles and San Francisco.

2,656 units at North Union
1,058 units at the approved Cabrini Green phase 2 development that just makes it in.
2,650 units at Halsted Point
1,000 potential units at the site Onni bought between Halsted Point and the Casino site
4,000 estimated (by me) units for the Casino District
1,500 units from NOMA
250 Units at One Fulton Market
227 units from HUGO
200 at 808 N Cleveland
168 units at 741 N Wells

Most likely the residents of the 812 units from One Chicago weren’t counted
Not sure if the 300 units at 900 W Randolph will make the cut"

I’m excited to see what Onni reveals for their site next to the Casino. That area is going to go through quite the construction boom.

But that’s boring, another stadium.

What’s so boring about it though? It’s for a university in a suburb around Chicago, not for Chicago proper. The design is simple but it’s pretty nice too.

Not as bombastic as others such as SoFi or Allegiant but I still love it. Modern Stadium designs seem to be mostly bangers.
