If they could get Chase as a major tenant, that would be a lot higher than 700 feet. It could possibly also become a Supertall, because there are rumors on SSP.

The tower still requires City Council approval as it seeks to amend the site’s existing Planned Development. Approvals are needed from the Chicago Plan Commission, Committee on Zoning, and City Council. Related Midwest is also reportedly nearing a deal to secure financing for the tower as they seek to break ground next year and finish construction for Sidley to move into the new space in late 2030.
