Arkadia Tower is a 33-story high-rise mixed-use development located at 765 W. Adams in the Greektown neighborhood of Chicago’s West Loop. The West Loop has quickly emerged as one of the hippest and most desirable places in the nation to live, work, shop and dine. When complete, Arkadia Tower will contain 350 well-appointed studio, one, two and three bedroom rental residences above a parking garage podium and approximately 20,000 sf of street retail.
