Do any of you have some more info on a proposed master plan in Philadelphia in 1992.

KPF is developing (1992) a master plan on Amtrak 30th Street Station in Philadelphia, I only have the info that it has a lot of air rights and is a general development.

It’s not a real proposal, just a concept/vision.

I REALLY hate when articles use proposal/concept interchangeably when they are different terms or use the word could instead of would.
