> ABOUT 815 PINE:

> The 815 Pine project is a 40 story residential tower located on the corner of 9th Ave and Pine St in downtown Seattle. 815 Pine will have 386 apartments with 265 parking stalls on 9 levels. The total building is 488,193 gross square feet. The ground level incorporates a retail space next to the residential lobby with 3,184 SF of usable space. Construction of 815 Pine is scheduled to complete April 2015. Early occupancy starts November 2014.
