This is probably the only thing I like about Toll Brothers. But it is a great design and I really hope to see it get built soon. Thanks for adding it to the forum! ---

In another five years, the entire stretch of North Broad up to Temple is going to be a lively stretch. And access to the Broad Street Line sure doesn’t hurt. ---
