Another West Market Highrise! Am overbuild will be constructed over the three existing historic structures at the property and will total 14 floors. 222 new residential units will be added to the Center City market. Additionally, office and retail space will be included in the design. It is right across the street from 2222 Market Street, an office tower under construction that is pictured on the left side of the first image, so a new canyon will be created. The tower will feature a really nice looking industrial-style façade, and will definitely look great once it’s finished!

Work underway, some properties in this site are already completely demolished. The rest of the old facade remaining will be preserved
