The fences have extended beyond what is in the last photo here, taking over the sidewalk and maybe part of the street. I don’t know when that was done, but yes, that could be a sign they’re preparing to resume work here. ---

…and now those fences have come back down. Apparently this is on indefinite hold. Maybe. Triple glaze windows can work wonders but there might be vibrations also searchlights. ---

Oh that project is not happening. The permits have expired and regulations have changed. They would need a new design.
