So this would be the second tallest in Newark? Cool. Looks similar to the Halo

Whoa a rare update for Newark. This looks like a nice building.

Yeah this looks exactly like Halo. Same architect so not a shock but still…

They’re only a couple blocks from each other as well

If they keep this up with this architecture Newark will look like a city from 2100

I wonder if we’ll see a pickup in projects of this size in Newark

Yes and the 2nd of November is over, is there anything new?

Wtf are you on about?

Where do you want me to be?

Lol, just because the meeting has occurred already doesn’t mean the information will just be instantaneously updated about it unless someone joined in on the meeting and got information from it to post/share elsewhere.

Demolition permits denied by the Landmark Commission as the area is “historical”. Although the development was approved by the planning commission.

What a joke

@mcart And that, my friend, is why Newark will continue its lag behind, albeit a few developments popping up. Hopefully it passes through, but those demo permits are needed.

I don’t think they’ll give up that easily

So it does not come, beautiful very beautiful.

Hmm. I don’t think so. Perhaps they can build up on another lot adjacent? Idk.
