A good question in the YIMBY cover story: By Andrew A. I don’t know the answer either - odd numbered buildings are always on the NORTH side of the street. **Quote from YIMBY feature article on this project -** “_The photographs show it to be clearly on the south side of 39th Street, yet it has an odd-numbered address. This doesn’t compute. What’s the story?_” end quote. I also don’t know if this is the ‘famous’ Andrew A… either way, good question. ---

It’s 58 West 39th Street. It’s not 57 West 39th Street. YIMBY is a very sloppy website that doesn’t have any fact-checking. To the extent the website identified this as 57 and not 58 West 39th Street, then it’s just regular YIMBY sloppiness. Nothing more to it than that. ---
