I like the contrast between the new buildings and the landmarked power station nearby. The power station was designed by the same architecture firm as the original Penn.

A bit off topic but does anybody know if they still plan to reroute the Highway under Riverside? I cant find anything about it in the past 10 years.

I generally do not care for ‘all glass’ facades; particularly when they are shaped like a simple box. Here is are a few notable exceptions, each all glass - but beautifully and intricately cut as gemstones.
I am surprised have not noticed this project until recently; they are all striking, each one deserves their own thread.

The Pelli and Vinoly towers are the best here! Vinoly can’t do something this interesting with taller buildings in NYC?
