This tower or pyramid is really something unique. Really nothing close to it anywhere in the U.S… In other words, its what we would call, iconic. ![](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex019/uploads/yimby/original/2X/0/0231df281024edaefa8d56d8fb6246f187d1c910.jpg) Credit:[Jason Kok](https://www.flickr.com/photos/101931793@N05/26769210022/in/photolist-GMvcvQ-G1b2Mv-Gu38PL-GJaEko-Gj4hE9-GEKDhs-GBbwKZ-FM45sx-FM2epe-FLnDar-Gg1MQs-Gzgbdo-FF5j8y-Gwq3ae-Gwq32Z-GzRCkf-Gwq354-GzRCnE-GtYkPC-Gwq2UV-GzRDzj-FGGsVf-FpcTpq-G7CZVx-GtYkYL-FGGsWC-GzRCtm-Gwq316-GzRCpo-Gwq3g6-GzRCws-GzRCAA-Gwq3h8-Gwq3jc-GzRCz3-Gwq3bX-Gwq3e2-GzRCA5-GzRCxE-GzRCzo-GzRCvA-GzRCxj-Gwq3kK-GzRCB7-GzRCyG-GzRCCu-Gwq3ni-GzRCC9-GzRCDb-GrwoJE) ---

Great pic! I agree. Looks great. Very shiny when the sun hits it right. One of my favorites from BIG Taken today from the heights. (Far left) ![](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex019/uploads/yimby/original/2X/5/54f4ce4e42d11e9d77bd69784c2b2ec2bdaaf224.jpeg) ---

standing on corner of 42nd and FDR and looking north you get a great view of the impact this has. I was in a hurry and failed to take a pic, but this building is outstanding. I am sure it helps scenery for those who drive FDR each day. ---
