I took this picture while I was still in NYC you can’t see much but I saw a few workers doing stuff here in there by the foundations. I also finally found a practical use for the selfie stick, allowing me to take the picture over the fence haha.

shades of 50 West Street and 432 Park. NV LLC lists the tower at 60 floors and “900+” feet tall.

Those images conform to this plan filed with the AG with rounded corners.
I suspect that it sits on square base and becomes rounded on two corners as it rises. I wonder if it also fans out as it rises like 45 Broad and 111 Murray.

I’m still praying for a better design, and still hope it’s not gonna be that turd of a tower. The plan’s sshape with the slight diagonal facade doesn’t seem to conform with that render. This might be just wishful thinking though haha
