Hasn’t been posted here but this Curbed NY article also detailed other improvements and proposed plans the Howard Hughes Corporation and SOM have in mind for the district. Looks promising!

Ha that’ll be the catch - 22. Stop a tower here, only for the air rights to go to a tower that can already reach around 1,500 ft. I hope that site gets the air rights and becomes the tallest in NYC. Just to spite the nimbys for this project.
