this is going to be one thick tower, especially for res.
I drove over the Manhattan Bridge today and this tower, at its current status, looks 20 ft shorter than the Bridge towers (being 322 feet). So from visual observation, I’d say this is about 300 ft up. Or kinda like 33-35% of its total height.
