Do any of you have the first edition of this booklet? I found one last year, but the seller didn’t offer international shipping. we are already known for our skyscrapers so there’s really no point. megatalls are statement pieces, and we already have multiple ones ---

FAA regulates a height cap of 2000ft. So while technically a 600-609m tower is not impossible, getting this approved will still be hell. Furthermore, why do that? Impractical, but many vanity projects are. Will this make the skyline any nicer or adjusted? Not even that, so no point. ---

I will mention a few projects that we know can exceed 1,000 feet in height (if I have forgotten any, please feel free to reply): 350 Park Ave. +175 Park Ave 655 Madison Avenue + (625 Madison Avenue) 41 W. 57th Street ABC Site 2 WTC The Torch (under construction) 418 11th Ave. 3 Hudson Boulevard (on Hold) Western Yards? 360 10th Ave, Penn 15 Bus Terminal Redevelopment (Zoning) Sites that contain potential supertalls: 57th Street Sites Roosevelt Hotel Site 250 Park Ave. Park Lane Queens ex Amazon HQ Site ? Grand Central Zone I think there could be even more, perhaps in New Jersey or Brooklyn, or more in Manhattan. We are in the midst of another New York skyscraper construction boom, YES. ---
