They did a great job there. I’ve always wanted to see the missing cornice on the west side of the building get replaced/ ---

The recent increase in projects with geometric like facades is an interesting but welcomed thing. It is especially nice when they are on corners like this one. ---

Looks like corrugated metal at first glance, though it probably isn’t (hopefully), but there’s **way** too much going on with the massing though for such a small building. ---

Corner of 2nd Ave and 39th St. The corner building was demolished some time ago but now the adjacent ones have been covered with green plywood.
