So many good low rise designs that fly under the radar - I guess cus they are “low rise”… 🧐 This is something special. There is so much more to architectural design than meets the eye; form & function - the ‘function’ matters. This building has a fine form, but the function is brilliant. Read up on the website for more info on this work of Capital A Architecture that functions like a machine for living. **Excerpt on the ‘function’ aspect -** _The building has a high-performance envelope that is responsive to exterior elements and reduces energy consumption. In addition, the layouts of each home are designed with multiple orientations, high ceilings, and operable windows to allow for natural cross-ventilation, significantly reducing the need for air conditioning.
