The construction crane at 23 42nd Road appears to have been dismantled. This is a nice camera to follow the next big projects on Park Ave.

eventually it will go, but the parcel is pretty small so it may only be suitable as pedestrian space

I can’t believe how much development is going on along 31st Street, above which the N/W train travels through Long Island City, Dutch Kills and Astoria. Why do people want to live next to an elevated subway line?
