this was on hold before the virus hit. Actually, the cladding on the base is new. They haven’t advanced the glass on the tower since then.

This has been stuck for a while.

I think they are still progressing. Just slow.
Here is the backside from yesterday. You can see they added about 6 floors worth of facade to the middle section compared to just 1-2 days earlier from Skyalign’s post above.
