But what’s the likelihood that the little building to the south will be redeveloped? It’s too small of a site. This is a great building nonetheless. ---

This building is really coming out looking sharp. Always enjoyed ODA’s designs; although that southern wall does scream that it was VE’d. But still…well done! ---
