I remember reading a whike back it’s expected to be around 2-300 ft tall? Maybe not even that ---

I’m suspecting some sort of modern art monumental sculpture that one can go up. I am just sure we are not gonna get any classical sculptures. Based upon the descriptions in the press, I expect a 200’ tall champagne glass with a spiral staircase that one can ascend. I don’t think it will be amazing or lame, like the crazy sculpture in the London Olympic park. ---

edit: this rendering looks strange. 10 and 30 HY look off for some reason. I thought they might have snuck in another iteration of 50 HY behind 30 HY, but it might just be the other side of the building.
