I was able to get closer to the Powerhouse, and I was surprised at how unfriendly the grounds looked…there was only a sliver of a sidewalk, and the rest was just asphalt. Someone recently posted a color coded map with all the development going on (scrolled back a bit and couldn’t find it, thanks whomever).
