I like that this tower will wrap up with pretty clean glass. Unlike One WTC that’s still dirty years later lol.
I could live with dirty windows if they finally do something about that spire!
Well at least we’ve had the fascinating and endless BMU-dismantling and rebuilding saga at One…
Speaking of which, do we know the BMU situation at this tower? Seems like a lot of glass to maintain. 1WTC has 4 units being built and this is just as tall (albeit skinnier)

So, about how many feet do we have to go? Im maintaining a “Live” list of the 10 tallest buildings in NYC based on the actual current height of the tower, so I’m trying to figure it out.

Will it top out this month or August? By the way I can’t believe it officially passed the tip of the Empire State Building.

Oh ok. So probably either 111 west 57th street or one vanderbilt will top out before this tower.
