That perspective confirms that at least _three_ sides are fully lit since the front is fully lit and I assume that’s the back facing north. The side that faces NJ and the Hudson is a bit spotty. ---

the crown lights were bright enough that I saw them when I was flying home yesterday evening. ---

They closed the roof @ The Edge but I went up anyway (no line, if you don’t count all the ticketholders trying to re-book) Visibility went from zero to totally clear in less than 5 minutes but windspeed was still too strong for them to open up. The terrace did eventually re-open but I didn’t stick around for the sunset I’m afraid. After the mist cleared out it was anti-climactic. FYI, If there is a wind advisory (gale force etc) they will close the deck. Visibility wasn’t the issue. Just wind and lightning. BTW, New Years Eve they’re closing at 6pm for a private event. ---
