It seems like the façade scheme has changed from the latest renders that have been released, I liked the inset dark band every 2 floors that it originally had with the alternating spandrel glazing. The now offset bands on every floor and the extremely visible mullions don’t make for that nice of an ensemble. Looks messy and harsh.

I want to say this one is now structurally topped out, there might be a small parapet or mech penthouse or the top structure could be just that.

I will also need to check again but Tower A is, unfortunately, not 695’ anymore, that was with the older iteration, it’s around 637’ I believe.

I had higher hopes for this one…

I agree, I liked the original cladding, or atleast the one that was shown in the most recent renders, this one doesn’t look good with all the visible mullions. The old cladding looked good with the green wall opening in the middle, so it will be hard to picture how much this mullion-centric cladding will clash with the curtainwall in front of the green wall. I’m not aware of any newer renders, so the finished product will be a mystery, though turning out to be a not great one.

But I must say it went up really fast, of course, since it had a small floorplate, the crane is already lowering itself back down to be dismantled.
